Terms and Conditions of Use

By using the eventsapp.x23.ro platform (the “platform”), operated by Solstice Summit, you agree to these terms of use.

1. Purpose of the platform

The platform exists to provide information about the events organised by Solstice Summit and to allow participants to register for them, as well as to give participants access to the related materials and recordings.

2. Registering for events

To register, you complete the form with accurate and up-to-date details. After registering you will receive a confirmation by email, together with the agenda and, where applicable, the joining link. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping the access links you receive confidential.

3. Event recordings

Video recordings of the events are made available exclusively to registered participants, through personal and temporary links. Redistributing, publishing or sharing these recordings or links with third parties is prohibited without the written consent of Solstice Summit.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the platform (texts, materials, recordings, logo and visual identity elements) belongs to Solstice Summit or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Any use beyond what is permitted requires the prior consent of Solstice Summit.

5. User conduct

You undertake not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access to the systems, and not to transmit content that could affect the operation of the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

Solstice Summit makes every effort to keep the information and services accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform. Solstice Summit is not liable for any temporary unavailability or for the content of third-party platforms (for example the videoconferencing provider) to which the platform may link.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

Solstice Summit may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
